SEN Teaching Assistant

Primary Schools in Newham are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants.

Teaching Personnel are committed to helping these schools find the right candidates. These roles are flexible over the course of the school week and involves providing support for pupils with special education needs. Newham is a progressive area with a friendly community. There are easily accessible transport links to the rest of the city providing commuting freedom.

The right candidate will be able to:

• Able to provide specialist support for children with SEN
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who have moderate learning difficulties
• Liase with Parents and SENCO on the child's progress
• Need some experience working with children who have SEN

Although a background in a school setting is preferred it is not essential. Schools will also accept:

• Youth Work
• Degree level Qualifications
• Sports Coaching
