Do you have experience of working with young people with additional needs? Are you enthusiastic and good at thinking on your feet? Then we NEED you!

An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with a passion for supporting a pupil with complex needs as they embark on their school journey. The school in question is an outstanding primary SEN school in the Bury area, that has an excellent reputation across the borough. This role requires someone who is experienced when working with young people with SEN and can work both in a 1:1 capacity and within a small group.

  • School for children aged 4-11 years with a range of special educational needs
  • 121 pupils on roll at this day school
  • Working with young people with additional needs including ASC, complex needs, sensory needs, hearing and visual impairments, medical needs, you will need to deliver personal care.
  • Located in Bury – easy to access via public transport and car

What we can provide

Teaching Personnel are education specialists with 23 years experience in the field. You will be provided with your own specialist consultant who will take care of your needs and advise you through the clearing and work process. You will have access to free safeguarding training and an online diary so you can manage your work times more efficiently. You will also have access to our CPD Academy, in which you will be able to attend training courses in order to aid your personal development in your career.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
