Job description

We are currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant in the Northamptonshire area. The job is situated in a brand new building with modern facilities designed to give students the best possible opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be of helping students with a range of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour and other learning difficulties.

The candidate will ideally have experience working in an SEN environment or have other related experience and qualifications. You will also need a patient, caring attitude to and a passion for education to help students fulfil their potential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
