SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description

Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (either in a school or care setting)
- A compassionate, patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A proactive and flexible attitude towards challenges
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is desirable
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
