Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for a lovely specialist provision in the borough of Wandsworth. The students you will be working with are visually impaired and may have other SEN.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who wants to make a difference and lead a truly rewarding career, whilst receiving excellent support and training from a highly experienced team.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
The school is a leading specialist provider of education for students who are visually-impaired between the ages of 2 – 19 years. PRIMARY SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT
Supporting the learning, development and personal care of students in the primary site (ages 5-11 years)
Successful candidates will have:
- A willingness and motivation to learn and build new skills
- Experience with SEN or in an educational setting
- Degree educated or relevant qualifications (desirable)
To be considered for this position you must have:
- A valid DBS certificate on the update service (we can help with this if you don’t have one)
- 2 recent references
- 2 proofs of address
- The right to work in the UK/UK passport
