Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs? We're looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor based in Witney to join our growing team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate tutor with proven experience working with students who have Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. You’ll be responsible for assessing individual needs, creating tailored schemes of work, and delivering personalised one-to-one sessions that empower each learner to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify individual learning needs

Develop and implement personalised schemes of work and lesson plans

Provide one-to-one tuition for students with Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia

Monitor and report on student progress

Communicate regularly with parents/carers and professionals involved in the learner’s support
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience supporting students with SEN, especially Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia

Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and personalised learning

Ability to assess, plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions

Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills

Relevant teaching qualification or extensive SEN experience
Location: Witney (in-person tutoring)
Rate: £20–£25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Flexible – part-time or full-time roles available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
