SEN tutor

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs? We're looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor based in Witney to join our growing team.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate tutor with proven experience working with students who have Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. You’ll be responsible for assessing individual needs, creating tailored schemes of work, and delivering personalised one-to-one sessions that empower each learner to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify individual learning needs

• Develop and implement personalised schemes of work and lesson plans

• Provide one-to-one tuition for students with Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia

• Monitor and report on student progress

• Communicate regularly with parents/carers and professionals involved in the learner’s support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting students with SEN, especially Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia

• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and personalised learning

• Ability to assess, plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions

• Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills

• Relevant teaching qualification or extensive SEN experience

Location: Witney (in-person tutoring)
Rate: £20–£25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Flexible – part-time or full-time roles available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
