Location: Swansea, SA2
Pay: £89.38 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time and Part-time positions available, Term-time only

Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely partner schools in the SA2 area of Swansea.

Your Role

• ‍ Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and development

• Assist with classroom organisation, activities, and resources

• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being

• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, or youth setting)

• A kind, patient, and proactive attitude

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential

• Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check
