‍ What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting children in the classroom, 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience
• Working closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required

✔️ We’re Looking For People With…

• Experience working with children – professionally (schools, nurseries, youth work, sports coaching) or personally (volunteering, mentoring, or caring responsibilities)
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• A genuine interest in child development, psychology, or education
• Your own reliable transport (essential), expectation of willing to travel a minimum of 30 minutes for work.
