Primary Learning Support Assistant – Swansea

We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join primary schools across Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in education, childcare, psychology, coaching, or youth work who’s ready to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children in the classroom, 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience
- Working closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
✔️ We’re Looking For People With…
- Experience working with children – professionally (schools, nurseries, youth work, sports coaching) or personally (volunteering, mentoring, or caring responsibilities)
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- A genuine interest in child development, psychology, or education
- Your own reliable transport (essential), expectation of willing to travel a minimum of 30 minutes for work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
