Teaching Personnel are recruiting for one of our big client schools based in a Stratford for a number of experienced SEN teaching assistants.
These are for full time long term posts starting immediately for the whole of this academic school year. There is potential for these roles to become permanent in September 2017.
If you are an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, having supported children with ASD, PMLD, Complex Needs, and or Medical needs, then these roles could be for you.
Salary for these roles will be £59 - £79 a day, term time only, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will need:
- At least 6 months experience within a SEN setting
- Basic Knowledge of Makaton and or PECS
- Registered DBS or be prepared to carry out a new DBS application
- Comfortable with personal care
This is a superb, vibrant and modern Primary school. The school has a number of very highly qualified staff, including Teachers of the Deaf, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapist to name just a few. The facilities are fantastic, with lots of options for the learners. The school is very proactive in ensuring the students and staff are supported and developed.
