Teaching Assistants & Supply Staff are needed in alternative provisions in Northamptonshire

  • Flexible Working Hours
  • Temp To Perm Options
  • Earn £50-£70 Per Day

Do you have a background working with people who display challenging behaviour? Do you have experience working with children or adults with Special Education Needs such as Autism & SEMH? Have you ever given any thought to working within an alternative provision such as a Pupil Referral Unit?

We are currently seeking to recruit people interested in working within a Special Education Needs setting. No qualifications are necessary, though if you have previous experience or feel confident in at least 3 of the following then don’t hesitate to get in touch…

• Youth/Community work experience

• Youth Offending Service experience

• Support/Care Work

• Special Education Needs Experience

• Sports coaching, qualifications or experience

• Mentoring/Tutoring

• Teaching/Learning Support Assistance

• Challenging behaviour outside of a school environment

• Outgoing personality

• Proactive

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
