Have you recently completed your degree and looking to pursue a career in teaching?

Teaching Personnel are looking for graduates to work in our client secondary school in a variety of roles across Tameside. Graduates working through Teaching Personnel can deliver tailored intervention in your chosen subject, work alongside full class teacher in the classroom as well as providing one to one and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional support needs.

Previous experience of working in an education setting or working with young people would be beneficial but is not essential. You will need to have a personality to engage students and have a presence to deal with a variety of scenarios that can occur in Secondary Schools.

We will have a number of teaching assistant roles starting in September that will be both part time and full time to match your working requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain first hand teaching experience and support and aspiring future teacher with their PGCE or schools direct application.
