Required to start ASAP, this school require a teaching assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 on a full time basis.
Within this job role you will be working closely with the Special Needs Co-ordinator, supporting pupils within the classroom, ensuring they engage within class and focus on their work. You will be responsible for working closely with a number of identified pupils on a one to one basis, supporting those who display challenging behaviour.
The position is to start immediately on a full time basis for the foreseeable future, potentially through till the end of the academic year.
