LSA specialising in SEN required on a full time basis to start immediately at excellent school

Based a short walk from London Bridge station, an outstanding school are seeking to appoint a motivational and passionate LSA to join their busy and rapidly growing team. The school have seen a considerable increase in SATs results over the past few years, most noticeably in English and Maths; the SEN team have had an increasing involvement in achieving these impressive grades.

You will be working with pupils needing additional support with their studies, so a strong understanding of Maths and English will be required. The role will have you working with pupils with mild SEN, including Autism and behaviour difficulties.

This role will be ideal for a passionate graduate who is hoping to start a career in teaching, however if you have experience working with pupils through youth work this will also be beneficial. You must have good presence and a calm manner whilst working with students with these characteristics.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
