Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a skilled, enthusiastic SEN teacher on behalf of a school based in Fareham, to join a successful passionate specialist staff team.

The school pride themselves on giving staff and children the best support possible and a positive environment. The school works with pupils that have special needs requirements such as PMLD, ASC and SLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, inspiring and encouraging children learning to their full potential but the staff are working to that standard also.

This specialist school which supports students with complex communication and severe to profound learning difficulties including a range of complex learning, communication, multi-sensory and physical needs and many students with autism spectrum condition. Within the school all staff are dedicated to providing students with a range of curriculum opportunities meeting each individuals needs that build self-esteem and life skills to support them integrate into their learning environment and out in the community.

As a skilled and committed SEN Teacher you will:

•Have passion in making a difference

•Set and achieve expectations of learning, teaching, behaviour and care for each student

•Adapt lessons for each student

•Have excellent communication skills to engage and motivate students, parents and staff

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
