Job description

Behaviour Support Staff are in high demand in Northamptonshire

  • Varied & rewarding work
  • Earn between £50-£75 per day
  • Flexible working hours

Do you have experience working with children or adults with challenging behaviour and Social & Emotional Mental Health issues? If you have a background in care & support work, or youth offending, then Teaching Personnel would love to know more about you.

I'm currently seeking to recruit behaviour specialists in the Northampton area to work within a Pupil Referral Unit with primary aged children. As the children you'll be working with display challenging behaviour, we're seeking resilient staff members who are able to cope well under pressure with difficult children.

If you're the kind of person who's dedicated and passionate about making a difference amongst challenging pupils and you're looking to gain experience in the field of education then please get in touch. Working for Teaching Personnel gives you the flexibility to choose when you work as well as the option to earn additional qualifications as you go.

If you'd be interested in registering with Teaching Personnel, you'll need to have a Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service. If you'd like more information, or to register, please contact Sam on the SEN recruitment team on 01604 521215, or by email on samuel.norman@teachingpersonnel.com
