SEMH Learning Support Assistant in Lincoln

  • Experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with students with SEMH
  • One-to-One and small group work available in Lincoln and the surrounding areas
  • Hourly pay rates; paid every Friday

Teaching Personnel currently work with a number of provisions seeking Learning Support Assistants who are confident working with children who can present extreme emotional and behavioural challenges to support in specialist provisions in Lincoln and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to make boundaries of behaviour clear in a firm and friendly manner, with a robust, professional, yet sensitive attitude.

Experience supporting in key areas such as numeracy, literacy, and a general understanding of current secondary core subjects would make you a Teaching Assistant we are looking for.

It is vital that you have a calm and empathetic nature with the ability to relate to children that may demonstrate extreme behaviours.
