Teaching Assistants are required throughout Birmingham to support PRUs with children who display challenging behaviour. Most pupils within these settings have emotional and behavioural difficulties and will need support to achieve their full learning potential.
You will be supporting pupils on a one to one basis and delivering booster sessions for small groups. The school are looking for somebody who has experience working in an environment with young people who may have displayed challenging behaviour, however this does not necessarily need to be in a school setting as long as you have the right transferable skills.
Must have SEN experience and Team Teach trained! Interviews are held in Birmingham with myself, and you must have a DBS (£44), on the update service (£13).
