We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Science TA to contribute to the development of our STEM in an 'Outstanding' School. You will be supporting pupils with children with Autism and Moderate learning difficulties. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and excited about working in an experienced team in a large department.

The role will involve undertaking a wide range of duties needed to enable the teaching staff to deliver the curriculum effectively. We are seeking an individual who is competent with preparing and providing science equipment for lessons, assisting with maintenance of Science Department administration system and assisting with practical lessons, assessments, examinations or demonstrations. Maintenance of supplies and equipment is essential, stock take and replacing as and when required, ensuring all chemicals, materials and apparatus are stored safely and securely - including hazardous chemicals. This role will suit outgoing personalities who are looking for an exciting and rewarding role, and are able to develop a good rapport with staff and students.
