SATS Intervention Support

The Head of KS2 in a school in Darlington is currently looking for two Teaching Assistants to join them this February 2019. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant (TA) you will be working with children across year 3 - 6, focusing predominantly on SATS Preparation with Year 6.

It is of high importance that your English & Maths academics and capabilities are of a high standard ensuring you can effectively support Year 6 pupils with the curriculum. Your role will involve running Maths & Literacy interventions, providing 1:1 and whole-class support.

  • KS2 Teaching Assistant
  • ÂŁ54 - 65 Daily Rate - Weekly Pay
  • January 2019 Start
  • Contracted for the rest of the academic year at a minimum

Person Specification

  • Perfect opportunity for Graduates
  • Classroom experience preferred
  • Determination to commit to the entire academic year
  • Good Knowledge of SEN and a basic understanding of National Curriculum
  • DBS on update service
