Teaching Personnel Manchester is recruiting! Due to growth and the busiest period of the academic year for supply upon us, we are seeking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer for our city centre office on a permanent basis as soon as possible. Apply now for immediate consideration, working as a Recruitment Resourcer will require;
- Working 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday in our central Manchester office
- Advertising open vacancies online, sourcing new teachers and support staff
- Contacting active candidates regarding new vacancies, temporary and permanent
- Conducting registration calls with applicants from your advertised positions
- Arranging interviews with candidates, obtaining reference details and documents
- Completing administrative tasks such as; document scanning, reference chasing and filing
- Attending job fairs at local colleges, universities and other recruitment events
- Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants to make successful placements
- Reporting directly to a team of managers, updating progress in line with your KPIs
The purpose of a Recruitment Resourcer is to source and complete vetting for a range of educational professionals, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Graduates and Administrative staff; you will need to have strong written skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Daily, you will speak to candidates and clients taking inbound calls, collating information regarding candidate availability, references and other vetting requirements.
The successful applicant joining Teaching Personnel as a Recruitment Resourcer will be given full training and support will be given to develop your knowledge of Education Recruitment. If you are looking for an entry level job but have ambitions to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the future, we welcome your application. However if working as a Resourcer is the role for you, this is permanent and can still offer career development, with the chance to lead a recruitment support team across the North West.
The successful applicant joining the market leading education agency will work in our modern, city centre offices close to Piccadilly Gardens. There are over 25 Consultants in our Manchester location, you will be constantly learning and challenged to develop yourself within this position.
