Overview of the Role

I am currently working alongside the Headteacher of a large Primary School in Preston. The school are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to teach a Reception Class from October 2018. The role will be full time covering a planned absence that will go on until Summer 2019.

The Head his looking for a practitioner who is experienced in differentiating for abilities and needs in the class, and preferable someone who has experienced following the Read Write Inc Phonics Scheme!

As with all supply work, there is always the possibility of there being a permanent position for you providing you get on well in school. The Head is part of a local cluster of Headteachers who work closely together and she has assured me she DOES recommend teachers to other schools in the surrounding area for permanent roles.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
