Flexible, Reliable, Essential – Lead Learning Across the Curriculum
Teaching Personnel is working with a range of secondary schools in Brent to appoint reliable and adaptable Qualified Cover Teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified educators to gain experience across different subjects while maintaining consistency and supporting whole-school learning.
This full-time role involves delivering pre-planned lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students across various subjects, ensuring a calm, purposeful classroom environment in the absence of the usual class teacher.

The Role:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at KS3–KS4
-
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain high expectations for learning

Provide feedback to department staff on student progress and engagement
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential (any subject specialism considered)

Confident teaching a range of subjects at secondary level
-
Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
