Teaching Personnel are the busiest and largest Educational Recruitment Agency and we need you! Due to the high volume of Teaching work we currently have available we are looking for final year students and Graduates to join our flexible workforce ASAP.

We are looking for Graduates with experience supporting in Special Educational needs settings, who can positively contribute to raising achievement across all Key Stages, working either 1:1 or with small groups. You will support the class teacher and deliver structured activities to support English, Phonics, Maths and more. You will work with children who have been identified as having Special Educational Needs, so experience in this area would be desired. You will need to challenge and motivate children in your care, to reinforce self-esteem and encourage them to take part in whole class activities in a positive manner. If you are looking to undertake your PGCE, we can offer experience covering whole classes to support you with your application for the course.

Our Ideal Graduate will have:

  • Completed a Degree linked to education or be looking to undertake a PGCE
  • Experience working with children either in a classroom or nursery setting or non educational based setting and keen to venture into a new challenge
  • Be able to motivate and inspire children
  • Be keen to develop own skills - willing to undergo additional training
  • Have good diary availability
