Your new school
A Two Form entry primary school in the Swale area are currently seeking to employ a KS2 Teaching Assistant to start working within their inclusive school in September 2020 (depending on the schools reopening).
Your new role
You will be working within KS2, supporting pupils with their academic development, in line with the national curriculum. You will support the class teacher, ensuring that the classroom is prepared everyday and that all pupils have the necessary resources for their activities. You will work with small groups of pupils to support their development in key areas such as Maths and English. You will make observations on pupil progression and report all feedback to the class teacher during weekly meetings. You will be responsible for ensuring the safeguarding of all pupils that you work with.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You must have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within the last 2 years. You must have experience supporting pupils of varied abilities. You must have a genuine passion for the education and welfare of all pupils. You must be organised and demonstrate flexibility and reliability within the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
