Role Overview: As a Full-Time KS2 Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a stimulating and supportive atmosphere for our Key Stage 2 students. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and innovative teaching methods will inspire a love for learning and help each child reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities, projects, and events.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
  • Recognizing and accommodating different learning needs and abilities within the class, providing support and extension activities as necessary.
  • Keeping parents/guardians informed about their child's progress, achievements, and areas for development through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2 students.
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment.
