Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, Teacher, Childcare Professional, or Youth Worker seeking flexibility in your working week?

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting supply staff to support a range of primary schools across Blackpool, Wyre, and Fylde. This is an excellent opportunity to take control of your schedule while gaining valuable experience in diverse educational settings.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact in the classroom. Whether you're looking for full-time work or occasional days, we can offer placements that suit your availability.

Roles Available:

• General classroom support
• 1:1 SEN support
• Behaviour mentoring
• Intervention and catch-up support
• EYFS, KS1, and KS2 cover

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or youth setting
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
