We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Blackpool. You’ll be working closely with pupils who need a little extra help—whether that’s with learning, confidence, or communication.

This isn’t just a classroom role—it’s about building trust, celebrating progress, and being a steady presence in a child’s day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping children with SEND, emotional needs, or learning gaps
• Working alongside teachers to adapt lessons and activities
• Encouraging independence and resilience
• Creating a calm, positive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone caring, patient and adaptable
• Experience in schools, nurseries, youth work or care settings
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is great—but not essential
• A team player who’s ready to make a difference
• DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
