Flexible Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils across different year groups.
• Assist with learning activities, both one-to-one and in small groups.
• Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Help with classroom preparation, resources, and general administrative tasks.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Availability for flexible working hours across the week.
