Teaching Assistant – Primary School | South Shore, Blackpool

We’re working with a supportive school that is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing classroom support, small group interventions, and one-to-one assistance where needed.

 Role Details:

• Start Date: Immediate or October 2025
• Location: South Shore, Blackpool
• Contract: Long-term, full-time (with potential for permanent)
• Pay: £89–£95 per day (depending on experience)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in class with their learning and engagement
• Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions
• Helping pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant classroom experience
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, youth work, or similar)
• Flexibility to work across different year groups
