SEN Teaching Assistants – Flexible Supply Work (East Cornwall & Surrounding Areas)

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our friendly supply team, working across primary schools in East Cornwall and surrounding areas.
What We’re Looking For:
-
✅ Available a minimum of 3 days per week
-
✅ Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting
-
✅ Knowledge or experience of SEND, supporting children with a range of additional needs
-
✅ Confidence working with pupils from EYFS to Year 6
-
✅ A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) is desirable – however, strong experience will also be considered
The Role:
As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
-
Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them to access learning
-
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individualised support
-
Promote inclusion, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing in the classroom

Adapt and engage with a variety of schools and age groups
