 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term-Time Only)

Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years practitioner looking to make a positive impact in a child's early development? An inclusive primary school in Blackpool is seeking a full-time Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated EYFS team this September.

About the Role:

You will collaborate with the class teacher to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners to thrive. This full-time role during term time is perfect for someone who is dedicated to early education and enjoys working within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's learning and development in accordance with the EYFS framework
• Aid in planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a secure and welcoming classroom environment
• Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with teaching staff
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to meet individual needs

What We're Looking For:

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
• Prior experience in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practises
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
