We’re looking for a Learning Mentor to join a forward-thinking primary school in Blackpool. This role is ideal for someone with experience in education, youth work, care, or mental health support - someone who understands that learning is about more than just lessons.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Building strong relationships and helping children regulate and refocus
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and engagement
• Liaising with teachers, parents, and pastoral teams
• Helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in education, youth work, or support roles
• A calm, empathetic and consistent approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
