Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Classroom Teaching Assistant to join a thriving primary school in Blackpool. This full-time role will commence in January 2025 and presents an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of young students. We offer support for the role with a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Classroom Learning: Collaborate with the teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide Individualised Support: Assist students who may require additional help, ensuring all children can achieve their full potential.
• Encourage Positive Behaviours: Help cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment and promote positive behaviour.
• Assist with Lesson Preparation: Aid in the preparation of learning materials and activities to enhance the classroom experience.
• Contribute to Student Progress: Assist in pupils' development and provide constructive feedback.
