Teaching Personnel are the UK's leading education recruitment company and has over 70 branches nationwide. We are seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant for the West Midlands Primary branch, situated in Leicester.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles on a temporary and permanent basis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and business development calls to schools
  • Resourcing quality staff and carrying out interviews
  • Regular face to face client meetings
  • Creating quality marketing and advertising
