Our client secondary school situated in the Derbyshire area is looking to recruit a Performing Arts teacher to join them in January at the beginning of the spring term. This co-educational, highly reputable secondary school requires this teacher as a result of an open vacancy within the Performing Arts faculty. Looking for a subject specialist, there is an element of Music teaching with this teaching position, with Performing Arts, Drama and Music teachers all encouraged to apply.

The school are specifically looking for a motivated, confident and experienced Performing Arts teacher who is keen to secure a long term teaching position. The successfully appointed Performing Arts teacher will be teaching to GCSE level and be involved in developing the curriculum alongside the head of faculty.

This school is a large secondary school situated close to the Derbyshire/Tameside area of Glossop, Buxton and Chapel-en-le-Frith. As a result it is very easily accessible for any Performing Arts teachers travelling from Stockport, Disley, Macclesfield, Tameside and even further into central Manchester. The A6 and M67 service the nearby areas making it easy to get to for those travelling by car.
