A client school in coastal Northumberland are looking to appoint an experienced or newly qualified teacher to deliver the PE curriculum to pupils across KS3 and KS4 (Both Male and Female teachers will be considered for this opportunity).
The school has outstanding facilities for Physical Education and you will be joining a large, vibrant and friendly department. The head of department is looking for a PE teacher who can raise engagement and attainment levels of all pupils but in particular those who require additional motivation. Applicants must hold UK QTS and have a proven track record of delivering ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ practice.
This is a larger than average sized secondary school with around 1500 pupils on roll. It is easily accessible from the A19 making travel from Newcastle, South Tyneside and other areas of Northumberland possible.
