Are you looking to work part-time within a Mainstream Primary School?
A Primary School in Oxford (OX4) are looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to begin working as soon as possible. The role the school is looking to fill is in Year 2 and will involve working 1:1 alongside children within the Year 2 class that show signs of challenging behaviour. The role will be to start in September for the rest of the academic year.
The school are looking for someone with previous experience in working with SpLD & Challenging Behaviour as they want to give the children the best possible support. The role will involve working 1:1 a majority of the time inside the classroom but will also involve supporting the class teacher when necessary.
In the schools most recent Ofsted report during the previous academic year they were graded "good". The school are looking to maintain this standard whist improving where they can. The successful candidate will receive lots of support from current staff in order to succeed within the role.

- CPD Courses and internal training provided
- DBS - necessary
The school is looking to conduct trial days as soon as possible in order to find the correct fit for the role.
