A mainstream secondary school is seeking a motivated and committed Science Teacher to join their department on a part-time (0.8) basis, starting from April.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Science Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across the secondary age range. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity and achievement, while supporting students of varying abilities.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
-
Have experience teaching Science at secondary level (ECTs are welcome to apply)
-
Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
-
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
-
Be committed to raising attainment and safeguarding pupils

This role would suit a Science Teacher seeking a part-time opportunity within a mainstream secondary setting from April.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
