History Teacher – KS3 & KS4
Poole, Dorset
Immediate Start | Full-Time (Part-Time Considered) | Fixed Term Until July (Potential to Go Permanent)

The Role

  • Teaching History at KS3 and KS4

  • Full-time position (part-time options considered)

  • Fixed-term contract until July, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate

  • Immediate start

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Assessing progress and supporting students of varying abilities


The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it

  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for History

  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage secondary-aged students

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
