Job description

Teaching Personnel work with a number of schools within the Durham area. One of our partnership schools based in Chester Le Street are looking for a qualified teacher to join their key stage 1 team. The School have recently been Ofsted rated as 'Good' and has a very supportive leadership team who have taken the school from strength to strength.

If you are a teacher who has a proven track record of raising pupil attainment, are able to inspire, motivate and support pupils of different abilities please see the requirements below.

  • Experience in teaching pupils in KS1
  • Commitment to high quality learning and teaching
  • Experience of raising attainment and achieving the best possible outcomes for all pupils
  • Experience and desire to work with pupils with SEN
  • Experience in teaching (Letters and Sounds) Phonics
  • Experience with KS1 SATS
