Teaching personnel understand that the Covid-19 situation has caused a large amount of uncertainty and stress- this can be especially true for NQTs in search of placement schools- we are here to relieve some of that pressure and uncertainty ! We want you to be able to hit the ground running in the new academic year.

We are here to ensure that NQTs are fully supported- we can offer you access to excellent CPD courses that are designed to make you more well rounded, knowledgeable and skilled- these courses include Pedegogy, behaviour management, SEN training, professional behaviours and many more ! You would also gain a dedicated recruitment consultant who would act as your first port of call with the school- we are here to find the perfect school for each candidate- we pay attention to your needs and requirements in order to find you the perfect placement. 

We are looking for motivated and passionate NQTs in the Norwich area, we work alongside a number of excellent primary schools who are looking for hard working future teachers from September- you would be joining a friendly team who would all be there to welcome and support you in your new role !

The role would include but may not be limited to:

• Upholding the vision and values of the school at all times
• Monitoring the progress and development of the pupils
• Delivering energetic and well structured lessons which will be engaging for all pupils
• Maintain high levels of health and safety throughout the school
• Setting up the resources of the classroom on a daily basis.
• Attending school extra curricular activities
• Attending parents evening 
• Behavioural/classroom management

The ideal candidate would be an NQT with experience working in a primary environment, experience working with SEN pupils, Safeguarding training and be able to plan and implement enjoyable lessons which can enable the pupils to reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
