Music Teacher Role In Corby
An academy in Corby is looking to recruit an enthusiastic music teacher to join the department in September 2018. For this academy, enterprise and initiative are qualities encouraged amongst staff and students alike. They aim to develop the character and confidence of each student and encourage students to be active citizens in their community and the wider world. We are looking for a teacher that is confident in teaching Music at key stage 3 an 4 that is enthusiastic and motivated.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Be a highly organised individual with excellent time management necessary to prepare lessons
- Ensure lessons are innovate and engaging
- Be a determined individual who is able to motivate themselves and others
- Posses excellent classroom and behavioural management skills
- Have a strong knowledge of the music curriculum and the education system
- Have high aspirations which match the schools desire to consistently strive for excellence
- Encourage personalised student development
All candidates must provide two references as well as a Current Child Workforce DBS registered with the DBS Update Service. Teaching personnel will also provide ongoing support and personalised guidance to the candidates throughout.
