The school are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a natural ability in Behaviour Management. The role is full time, 5 days a week during school hours.

The ideal candidate will be someone with mainstream experience as well as an SEN background. You must have a desire to work in the environment, you will be dedicated, supportive and have a desire to make an impact on a pupils social, emotional and academic development.

The following backgrounds and experience are also desirable.

  • Youth or community support work experience * Working knowledge of meeting the emotional, social and mental health needs of young people * Desire to take a supporting role in alternative education setting
