Maths teacher required at a Salford secondary school.....

Teaching Personnel seek to recruit a Maths teacher on behalf of our client school located in Salford on the border of Cheshire and Warrington.

- Full time Maths teaching position – October 2016 Start

Due to a gap within the Maths department, this 11-19 secondary school/college wish to appoint an additional Maths teacher to their team of staff. The department wish to appoint an enthusiastic and driven Maths teacher who is committed to joining a improving school as they aim for ‘Good’ status.

The successful teacher will gain a full time position for the remainder of the academic year (Till July 2017 - Permanent opportunity following this) and hold a timetable made up of both GCSE and KS3 classes ranging in ability. The ideal candidate will have experience of achieving excellent results and be passionate about closing the attainment gap.

Maths teachers interested in this post will need to hold the following;

- UK QTS and a PGCE/Equivalent in secondary Maths

- Strong behaviour management skills

- Ability to provide consistently ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
