Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking on the behalf of a Eastleigh Based school for a Maths Teacher that can deliver high quality of teaching the national curriculum. The school are looking for a passionate individual that can join their outstanding department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You must be able to confidently provide high quality lesson and mark to the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
  • Have the aim to raise attainment for the department.
  • Become apart of the schools community.
  • To be able to adapt your teaching skills to suit each pupils needs.
  • You will be a good team player with good behaviour management skills when required
  • Have excellent knowledge of the current curriculum

Qualifications and Skills

  • Teachers: Ideally have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS), Have recent secondary/ FE teaching experience in the UK to be familiar with the current curriculum - up to Key Stage 5 and Use positive and effective behaviour management strategies
  • NQT: The school would consider NQTs for this position.
