The Role

• An ideal full time position for either a NQT looking for a long-term position, with an outlook of attaining a permanent role 
• You will be required to teach Maths to secondary school pupils between the ages of 11-16 years (KS3 – KS4) with the option to teach KS5 
• Preparing and planning for lessons with marking required 
• Following and promoting the school curriculum and pushing for highest attainment
• Paid to scale from the first day
• School willing to complete NQT induction year (at least two terms, full year depending on length of booking)
• Due to start September 2020, until April 2020 at least. Strong potential for this role to go permanent for the right candidate

Requirements for the Role: 

• Must have completed your PGCE and experience teaching Maths to GCSE
• Willingness to take on some intervention groups and booster sessions 
• Strong behaviour management with experience working with SEN pupils a preference 
• Will have excellent subject knowledge and a desire to provide the best education to pupils
• Will be required to apply for a Child Workforce DBS, if you do not already have one on the update service
