What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant:

Supporting teachers with lesson prep & classroom setup

Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost learning

✏️ Helping children progress academically, emotionally & socially

Observing, recording & reporting pupil progress

Offering care & support to children when they need it most

Leading activities or classes under teacher guidance
You’re a great fit if you are:

✅ Qualified (Level 3 TA or equivalent) with UK school experience of at least a year

✅ Confident, friendly & adaptable in the classroom

✅ Experienced working with children or young adults

✅ Knowledgeable in safeguarding & child protection
