What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant:

• Supporting teachers with lesson prep & classroom setup

• ‍ Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost learning

• ✏️ Helping children progress academically, emotionally & socially

• Observing, recording & reporting pupil progress

• Offering care & support to children when they need it most

• Leading activities or classes under teacher guidance

You’re a great fit if you are:

• ✅ Qualified (Level 3 TA or equivalent) with UK school experience of at least a year

• ✅ Confident, friendly & adaptable in the classroom

• ✅ Experienced working with children or young adults

• ✅ Knowledgeable in safeguarding & child protection
