Experienced HLTA – Flexible Opportunities Available!

Location: Various primary schools across Cambridgeshire
Pay Rate: £100 - £145 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing – Work when it suits you!
Contract Type: Long-term, short-term and ad hoc roles available

We partner with a wide range of primary schools across the UK seeking experienced HLTAs to support teachers and help deliver outstanding education to pupils at Key Stage 1 and 2.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid HLTA status or equivalent qualifications/experience

  • Recent experience working in UK primary schools (Key Stage 1 and/or 2)

  • Ability to provide two references from the last 24 months

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to support learning and behaviour management in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
