We’re on the lookout for talented, qualified Primary Supply Teachers to join our flexible workforce across Cambridgeshire.

Whether you’re after day-to-day supply, long-term cover, part-time, or full-time roles, we can help you find the perfect position that suits your lifestyle and career goals.

What to Expect:

• Work in a variety of outstanding primary schools throughout Cambridgeshire

• Teach different classes and year groups — every day is a new challenge!

• Most lessons are planned, but you’ll sometimes need to bring your own resources (we’ll always give plenty of notice)

• Work hours are typically 8:30am to 3:30pm, with no expectation to stay longer

• Enjoy the freedom of flexible working, balancing teaching with your other commitments

Guaranteed Pay Scheme:
We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications, plus a guaranteed pay scheme that means you get paid even if you’re not booked to work!

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Availability to work between 1-5 days per week

• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection — all candidates must complete an Enhanced DBS check (full support provided)

Salary:
£153.18 to £238.18 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
