You may be working with students aged 7-19 who have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health, as well as autism and associated behavioural needs. The focus is on building positive relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping students access learning successfully.
The Role:
-
Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
-
Helping students access learning and develop confidence
-
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
-
Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
-
A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN
-
Experience working with children (school, care, youth work, or similar is beneficial but not essential)
-
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
-
Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
What’s On Offer:
-
£13.75 per hour
-
Monday to Friday working hours
-
Term time only - ideal for work-life balance
-
Opportunities across primary and secondary age groups
-
Ongoing support and the chance to gain valuable experience in education
